About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team at Mercedes-Benz of Milton Keynes as a Service Workshop Controller.
As an experienced Workshop Controller you will work closely with our team of vehicle technicians to ensure the timely distribution of work to achieve our 'Fix First Visit' objective in an environment that demands quality workmanship and high standards of customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time role which can typically include weekend working on a rota basis to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you
With the ability to demonstrate knowledge of a workshop environment, you will be an excellent communicator and have the confidence to offer advice to customers and support colleagues where required.
This is a challenging role and requires excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to think on your feet and to plan ahead effectively in a very busy environment.
Flexibility is essential in this key role within the Service department as will be the ability to motivate a team of technicians.
