About the role
Guy Salmon Jaguar Land Rover is looking to recruit a Customer Retention Advisor to join their fantastic Aftersales Department.
This role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department and achieving customer satisfaction, you will support both the Customer Relations Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service.
Working as a Sytner Customer Retention Advisor you will: Contact customers after their Service or MOT gaining insight into their experience, build trust with our customers and support the service team with telephone enquiries. Although this is a independent role you'll achieve all of this as part of a wider service team that celebrates success together, listens and contributes, and works together to deliver the best service we can.
Sytner Customer Retention Advisor's work a variety of flexible patterns between Mondays – Friday to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Previous experience in a similar role or a similarly demanding role would be ideal.
We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service and would take pride in engaging with our customers over the telephone. Ideally, you'll have excellent communication and objection handling skills, be able to adapt your approach for different people and have a chat with anyone, be organised and efficient, able to multitask and cope well under pressure. Because you care about customers you'll pay attention to the details and take real pride in doing a great job.
