ICT Senior Quality Improvement Specialist

(Home Based)

This role will be the quality expert, driving quality excellence and expertise providing support across delivery, curriculum, accounts and sales. Providing an outstanding learner journey in line with regulatory and funding requirements.


Your Skills and Experiences:

Technical expertise of the ICT sector
Experience of working as an IQA for Apprenticeship programmes preferably
Proven record of working to at least Ofsted Grade 2 standards & a clear understanding of requirements
Previous experience of Quality Management Systems
Internal Audit experience
Knowledge of awarding organisation and Ofsted requirements
Good knowledge of Government funded Apprenticeship programmes
Must have excellent administrative skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, work methodically, accurately and effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Logical thinker who is willing to own and solve problems
Manage effective relationships with stakeholders and be a credible reference point for others
