We are looking for a Permanent Part Time Office Assistant to join our busy office for general administration work including replying to emails and answering telephones.

Arithmetic skills are required

Experience in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) essential

Office Assistant Job Purpose:

To assist with general office duties, as part of a team, to ensure company processes run smoothly plus correspond with customers and suppliers.

Office Assistant Job Duties:

  • Perform clerical duties including, but not limited to mailing, emailing and filing correspondence, placing orders, and answering calls
  • Organising/maintaining the filing system
  • Interacts with customers and suppliers
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail
  • Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
  • Maintain accurate records and enter data
  • Interact with directors & factory when necessary
  • Office Holiday cover when required
  • Ordering supplies
  • Answering customer questions and confirming customer orders
  • Willingness to learn ~ Training will be given
  • Must be enthusiastic and reliable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills required
  • Attention to detail
  • Full Driving Licence Required

Part Time ~ Job Share ~ Hours: Between 14 & 20 hours per week ~ TBC
