Work Based Assessor Trainer - Hospitality and Catering

22.2 hours per week (3 days; to be worked flexibly)
GBP26,244 - GBP29,549 pro-rata per annum
Teachers Pension
32 Days Holiday pro-rata

Due to our growing apprenticeship provision, we are looking to appoint an experienced Trainer Assessor for Hospitality and Catering to join our professional apprenticeship team.

Requirements of the role

Train, assess, and support apprentices to achieve their full potential in theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and behaviours both in their workplace and at College.

You may also be required from time to time to support in the delivery of full-time learners in College.

Industrial and commercial experience within the Hospitality and Catering industry is essential, alongside an understanding and knowledge of the current apprenticeship standards up to Level 3. Current standards are Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Production Chef, Hospitality Supervisor

An appropriate teaching qualification, assessor award, and teaching experience is highly desirable, but all levels of prior training and experience will be considered for the right candidate as there will be opportunities for gaining further qualifications.
