Are you an experienced administrator looking for part time hours?
Ellis Mason are recruiting for a PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR on behalf of a well established business based in Letchworth.
The role will support their shipping division and will work alongside another full time Shipping Coordinator. Their will be elements of shipping administration that this role supports but also general administration throughout the business. Shipping experience is not essential as will be fully trained.
For the role of PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, the company are flexible on the hours worked as long as they are 25 hours spread across Monday to Friday. For example that could be mornings/school hours/afternoons, they are open to options.
Full training and support given.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
* Salary GBP26,000-GBP30,000 pro rata dependent on experience

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, are:
* Providing general administrative support to all staff members within the office
* Monitoring the company inbox and responding or forwarding on e-mails as necessary
* Taking and processing orders
* Maintaining the company database
* First port of call for incoming calls or visitors
* Maintaining the open order book and responding to requests for updates
* Organising the logistics and shipping for equipment of orders, repairs or loan requests
* Coordinating shipping paperwork and customs audit trails
* Ordering office supplies and stationary
* Attending regular meetings and updates
* Other adhoc business administration
