Transport Administrator

Location: Birmingham - B11

Salary: GBP11,000.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 20 hours per week Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm

This position is well suited to an organised and customer focussed individual that is able to work to deadlines, deliver strong administrative support and is committed to delivering an outstanding service.

What will you be doing?

Dealing with telephone enquiries and resolving any driver queries and issues
Dealing with emails enquires from Customer Services
Sending any tickets requested by Brokers/Customer Services
Escalate Service issues via Salesforce
Assist the Transport Manager with tachograph compliance
Using in house computer systems, training will be given

What are we looking for?

Good level of education
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Ability to develop professional working relationships at all levels
