Outstanding part time opportunity for an experienced Accountant to look after the finances of a high wealth estate. Working in stunning surroundings you will look after all accounting for a number of businesses and properties.

Specific tasks include:

• • Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
• • Expenses and Credit card statements
• • Looking after rental properties - Ensuring tenants are paying on time, Renewal of tenancy agreements
• • Production of comprehensive monthly pack - Includes bank recs, Asset register, Investment schedules, Loan schedules, keys dates and Insurance register
• • Providing information for personal Tax comp.
• • Financial accounts for investment company- Year end Pack , Accruals, Prepayments, Bank Recetc ..
• • VAT Returns

Woking as part of a small highly professional team you are involved in all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will have worked within a first class business, preferably have personal finance exposure and be confident at dealing at a very senior level.

The role is for 2 days a week
