Your new company
A leading services business in Wells are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant, 21 hours per week for 10 months.

Your new role
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting, coding and authorising invoices on a daily basis
  • Ensuring invoices are entered accurately and allocated to the correct company
  • Associating PO's to the system
  • Returning invoices received without PO's to the relevant supplier
  • Processing payment runs
  • Resolving supplier queries

What you'll need to succeed In
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a similar accounts role. You will have good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly. A 'can do' attitude is essential along with excellent customer service skills.
