Penns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for our well established and well respected client based in Minworth. We are looking for a part time (24 hours per week) Liability Claims Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.

Hours

Ideally Weds - Friday 9 am to 5pm with half an hour lunch (24 Hours per week), although there can be some flexibility , however the hours do need to include a Friday 9 to 5.

Duties to include:

* Being responsible for the administration of claims uploaded from members of our clients network.

* Processing deliver depot reports, prepared for closure, claims emails, GBP3000 claims, image reports, Post, quantified claim scanning.

* Correspond with clients regarding liability claims and procedures, to assist in the training of new clients on the Claims system

* Maintain and update contacts, passwords and usernames for depots

* Check and action quantified claim returns and process all new claims.

* Update and maintain records accurately.

* Handling incoming claims communication via e-mail and telephone.

* Ensure communication and help is given to depot's on full value cover

* Weekly report of internals to be sent to nominated colleagues.

* Produce and distribute the weekly report of internals.

We are looking for candidates with who are accurate, with attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills along with good IT skills including excel.
