Part time in our Hamilton office

GBP18200 full time equivalent - salary is pro-rated dependent on hours worked

first direct is a modern fast paced customer service environment, change is a way of life and you'll be in the thick of it helping first direct to drive forward its ambition to really challenge the challengers. On a day to day basis you'll be speaking to our customers to help them navigate in this new world, it's not for the faint hearted. But if you thrive on the challenge and you're at your best when you're busy, we are the place for you! You will speak to upwards of 60 customers per day.

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday - 1700 to 2200 or 1800 to 2300

first direct is part of HSBC group.

We are a hybrid working organisation who offer a mix of office and home working. All of our people do come into the office periodically to meet your colleagues and sample the culture that makes first direct so unique.

Your first weeks of training will be undertaken remotely, followed by a period where you will be in the office so that we can fully support you getting up to speed with the role whilst taking your first customer calls.

Once you have settled in and completed your training, we will work with you to confirm what your hybrid working pattern looks like.
