The PHOENIX Group is a pan European company and is one of the top 5 pharmaceutical wholesalers in the world. It operates exclusively in Europe with its UK headquarters based in Cheshire from where they support business activities across a UK network of 13 distribution depots and over 500 retail community pharmacies which, in total, employ in excess of 6,000 staff nationwide.

We are currently looking to recruit a HR Systems Development and Metrics Analyst (12 month FTC). Reporting to the Interim HR Systems Manager you will be responsible for producing extensive and detailed reports to aid organisation design and activities which will help us meet our group corporate strategy and initiatives. You will also play a key role in the continued development of iTrent, our integrated HR and Payroll system.

Our ideal candidate will have solid experience in data analysis and manipulation, with strong technical ability regarding data models, SQL, SAP and writing VBA code. With a relevant qualification in statistics / maths etc., you will also have a strong proficiency in MS Excel as well as data mining techniques. We are looking for a keen eye for detail, and the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences effectively.

Working hours are 22.5hrs per week - Part Time - 3 days a week - Monday to Friday (Flexible approach on days worked.)
