The Job:
We are delighted to be assisting our client with recruiting for a PA working PART TIME (21 hours per week) and this is working for their banking team on a contract for 12 months.
Your role will be to support a busy team of fee earners and responsibilities will include:
Proactively monitor and assist with email and diary management
Amend and format large and complex documents
Billing
Travel arrangements, conference bookings and meeting room bookings
Assist with the file opening/client due diligence
Be an initial point of contact for enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties
Provide PA support within the team
The Person:
For this role our client is looking for someone who has PA experience and who is a great team player.
Able to take ownership of tasks and manage your own workload
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to work under pressure
Have strong IT skills (Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, Excel, PPT, document management systems)
Be exceptionally well organised, work flexibly, with the ability to manage change
Always work with confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy
The Benefits:

The Hours:
3 days with total flexibility to work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 21 hours per week
The Location:
Central Bristol (no car parking when in the office) with hybrid working

CGBP25,900 pro-rata (GBP14.23 per hour)
