We're looking for a well-organized, proactive, and detailed individual to ensure 3rd party and Sky Metadata is displayed on our platform to deliver the best possible experience for our members. You will sit within the Content Operations team at NOW, collaborating with various teams across Sky group including Content QA, Media Management and Editorial to mention a few. You will work with partners to resolve missing or broken content problems to ensure quick resolutions and follow up when things go wrong. A large portion of this role is to support the relationship between Apple and NOW.

What you'll do:

* Work with the Stills and Editorial teams to make sure artwork is treated correctly before being sent to Apple
* Proactively ensure that bonus (short form) content is removed from the feed to Apple when new content is added to the platform
* Check that all asset titles are completed across series/shows and seasons and proactively remove duplicate content in the feed to Apple. Be available to address metadata issues highlighted by Apple
* Establish and maintain influential and effective relationships with key NOWTV and Sky stakeholders in content supply and media management.
* Reporting numbers back to the management team and identifying opportunities to further improve the platform and over member experiences
* Support Content Exec with adhoc content priorities such as PRB reviews, Content escalation management and reporting.

What you'll bring:

* Proficient with MS Office especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* A strong team player, who can articulate and stand behind what's right for the customer
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to convey complex issues, build relationships and influence key partners.
* Have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under your own initiative
* Proactive attitude and a will to identify ways to improve the platform
* Your organisational abilities will allow you to balance multiple work streams, and ensure your colleagues are always in the know.
