Part time position.
Location: Basildon, Essex.
Salary: GBP10.44 per hour - weekly pay.
Hours: Evening Shifts 5 days per week - 17:00 to 21:00 - Monday to Friday's only (no weekends).

Temporary on-going, this will lead to a permanent depending on your performance and attendance.

Our Client is a global leading financial corporation, with an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Services Advisor to join their busy and proactive Inbound Calls department.
Duties:
* Accepting all inbound calls.
* Dealing with various enquiries via telephone.
* Updating record information accurately.
* Ensuring target and productivity expectations are met.
* Ensuring the database is processed and updated correctly.
* Full training & guidance on systems given with induction.
Experience:
* Excellent Customer Service Skills.
* Administrative skills and ability to use different systems or database's.
* Empathetic.
* Tenacious.
* Excellent attention to detail required.
* Excellent Telephone manner.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Driven, confident and professional approach.
* Strong productivity focus required
