Part Time HR Assistant - Rugby
GBP25,000 pro-rata + Bonus
30 - 37 hours

Role:
Assisting the HR Manager with the process of recruitment including vetting candidates, assisting with interview preparation and issuing employment contracts, offer letters and induction packs.
Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests related to the HR department and supporting departmental Managers in Disciplinary meetings as a note taker.
Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and employee records, including holiday and sickness leave.
Supporting HR-related training programmes, workshops, and seminars
Entering employee data into our Internal HR system
Co-ordinating the logistics for new hire orientations
Compiling reports on general HR activities to include holiday collation, sickness reports and AD Hoc reporting.
Assisting the HR Manager with the administration for the HR Strategy.
Experience Required
Knowledge of UK Employment law and working within a HR department.
CIPD Level 3
Strong Administration skills
Must have the ability to work with confidential information and environment.
Must understand the importance of GDPR within the HR Function.
Ability to work to deadlines
Technical Knowledge
Ability to be highly observant and analytical
Good telephone manner
Computer literate including knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.

Strong communication skills
A proactive' can do' attitude
