About us

We are Down South a soul food American delivery brand formed two years ago with two locations (Tooting & Kingston) one is a delivery only kitchen and the other is a pub residency so we have the best of both worlds

Job Requirements

• 1/2 years experience in the kitchen/catering
• High enthusiasm and passion for cooking
• Able to work well within a team and independently
• Able to manage multiple covers single handedly
• Worked in a pub before is advantageous
• Worked in fast paced kitchen environment before is also advantageous

Responsibilities

• Update safety records
• Contribute creatively to the menu
• Cooking and plating
• Prep work on meat, seafood and veg
• Record stock
• Monthly deep cleans
