We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Customer Service / Scheduler to join our award winning client.

Our client is based in East London and the role will be to cover a 6 month (TBC) maternity leave.

Duties include:

Managing customers servicing needs, including proactive and reactive calls outs.

Managing the diary of engineers, as well as booking external engineers where needed.

The management of customer servicing portals, maintaining and updating where needed.

Processing all equipment orders, submitted by the sales team and ensuring that the appropriate deadlines are met (including the raising of purchase orders and booking the appropriate couriers).

Knowledge of SAGE 50 would be an advantage

The hours will be 9am - 5pm, 3 days a week.

The salary is 20-25K pro rata
