An award winning Design Engineers are looking for a part time Team Administrator to support the teams in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

You will be able to be based out of either location, but will be expected to travel to the other office from time to time.

Working 2.5 days a week, this is an office based role. Ideally working 9-5 on the two full days but there is some flexibility around this.

You will be an experienced Administrator with a great eye for detail and a preference for working in a friendly team.

Duties will include

Document production and editing/formatting

Preparation of presentations

Producing invoices for clients

Assisting with document production and the process for Bids.

Coordinate and organise network events.

General admin, organising meetings and taking minutes (not formal).

Create social media and marketing
