Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide the canvass management team with regular and ad hoc reporting to support business analysis and operational management.
2. Support the branch and field based canvassers to install the 'e-canvass' and 'do not knock' apps and resolve any queries in their use.
3. Monitor the use of the 'do not knock' app and provide relevant management information.
4. Update the database for the 'do not knock' app with addresses who do not wish to be contacted.
5. Customer Freephone operator - taking Customer calls from canvass leaflets and book / cancel appointments or deal with queries.
6. General canvass support, taking calls and resolving queries for field based canvassers.
7. Holiday cover for CSU Administrator - collating daily figures, producing timetables & producing Canvass ID Badges
Person Specification:
Essential Criteria:
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Great people skills - especially relationship building
* Ability to problem solve
* Planning & organisational skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Database and data input skills
* Experience with MI reporting tools
