Stock ordering
Stock taking
Control and reduction over waste
Adhere to all health, safety and food policies, practices and procedures.
Ensuring health, safety, hygiene and cleanliness of the working environment
Maintain kitchen and dining areas, equipment and the operating environment remains clean at all times
Motivated and organised
Cover for holidays
Quality Conscious
Committed to achieving and maintaining high standards, ensures own work is correct.

City and Guilds 706 1&2 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Catering equivalent an advantage, consideration taken for skills in this area.
Level 2 in Food safety and hygiene advantage this qualification can be provided by Aimia.

Natasha law awareness
Basic financial understanding and commercial awareness
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday inclusive, 25 hours per week. 06:30am - 11:30am, will require to cover holidays and sickness, hours will increase but not days.
Expected start date: 13/12/2021

Salary: GBP8.91 per hour
