What's the role about?

Team Leader - Weekends

Part Time, One Year FTC (up to 31st Dec 2022)

Salary: GBP12.85 per hour + up to 20% bonus opportunity + 30p per mile

Working: Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays

Hours: 10am to 6pm (Sat & Bank Holiday Monday), store opening hours (Sunday)

Location: South of England

We would love for you to join our team!

You will be responsible for your region's sales performance, and the coaching & development of your team of home appliance in-store promoters.

Your Saturdays will include visiting your team members, supporting, coaching and helping them to succeed, while Sundays will be based in a local store selling directly to consumers and acting as an ambassador for the brand.

You will be responsible for:

Representing the brand and driving sales
Demonstrating and matching products to consumer needs confidently
Building relationships in store and providing sales support
Coaching & developing a team of home appliance promoters
Reporting performance and insight daily
You will have:

Strong sales experience, ideally in a retail environment or a strong ability to engage consumers
Strong relationship building skills
The drive to succeed and deliver excellent customer service results
Technology experience and interest is preferred

Please Note: Due to the regional travel required to visit team members on a Saturday you must have access to a vehicle and a full driving licence.

Up to GBP108 per day On Target Earnings + travel expenses paid
