Role - Customer Service Consultant Part Time

Salary - GBP24,000 per annum (Pro rata)

Location - Reading, Berkshire

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with our client based in Reading, Berkshire who require a Customer Service Consultant to join their team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, working within a highly motivated team, utilising their exceptional problem-solving abilities, resolving issues effectively, whilst ensuring timelines are met. You will be liaising with the Customer Services Manager, Finance Director and Assistant Manager on a daily basis.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Consultant?

  • Ensuring attention to detail, whilst invoicing accurate invoices to customers
  • Checking invoices from Suppliers and ensuring they are paid on time
  • Assisting customers daily over the phone/email/face to face
  • Ensuring all payments from customers are received
  • Efficiently resolving customer queries
