Part time administrator required for a client in Liphook, Hampshire on an ongoing temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent.

Working hours for this position will have some flexibility however during an initial hand over period (approx.. 1 week) you'll be working 8am - 3.30pm Monday - Thursday.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Managing the relationship with the property's managing agent to include - facilities, cleaners, alarm monitoring, etc.

You will be a key holder, so may need to come in in unlikely event of alarm going off, (so will need to live fairly local).

Responsible for covid-awareness, ensuring any new starters are aware of policies there, and also relating to general health and safety awareness, fire, etc.

Checking employee mobile phone bills (23 bills on one consolidated bill), electricity monitoring, environmental, social and governance monitoring (collating data on a spreadsheet there for reporting purposes).

Other duties will be given as and when you get into the role.

This role is to start asap subject to an initial meeting / interview with the client.
