Full-time & Part-time Temp to Perm Positions available - Customer Service Advisor (Inbound Sales), Doxford Business Park.

GBP20,000 (pro rata) + bonus + opportunities for commission.

Working hours: Flexible shift pattern between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00-14:00 Saturday after training and development. Minimum hours are 24 per week.
Location: Doxford Business Park, Sunderland.

The Opportunity
We're looking for Customer Service Advisors (Inbound Sales) to join our client's customer contact centre. If you have a passion for helping people, have good communication skills and you're looking for a career where you can really make a difference, then we'd love to hear from you!

When are we open for business?

Our part-time hours start from 24 hours per week.

Your Salary

  • GBP20,000 (pro rata) starting salary, rising to GBP21,000 (pro rata) within a year + quarterly Company bonus scheme
  • Commission based sales bonuses up to GBP400 (pro rata) per month

What you'll do:

  • Be comfortable working in a fast pace inbound sales environment
  • Passionate about identifying the right products, for the right people at the right time
  • Be an excited by a target driven working environment
  • An adept up seller, with previous experience including the resilience to go the extra mile
  • You'll also will be a trouble-shooter, a problem solver- and the voice of our business.
  • We're looking for people who want to put the Customer first and join us on our journey to help solve our client's customer's energy needs.?You'll be a good listener, have an understanding personality, and the ability to empathise with and respect your colleagues and customers.??
  • You'll be IT literate with a good general level of education including Maths and English.? The key to success, is a desire to deliver excellent, professional customer service in a contact centre environment.?

Where you'll be based?

You'll be given an induction (11 weeks at the client's offices). Once you've finished and have reached competency (at roughly 24 weeks), they'll review your working arrangements. To have the best employee experience, our client believe it's important for people to be together for things like:
