The Ad Specialist will focus on set-up, collection of ad material, trafficking, delivery and support of advertising campaigns, contact to internal and/or external clients, monitor campaigns to ensure pacing and performance goals are met, and perform detail-oriented quality assurance on advertising campaigns and creative.
SCOPE OF INFLUENCE
Direct revenue-generating programs with departments within Informa:
?? Work with Informa Engage marketing professionals (creative, campaign marketing, research) to deliver advertising campaigns & marketing services offerings to clients
?? Place, target, schedule and launch advertising campaigns on multi-device platforms
?? Work with market-specific stakeholders (sales, editorial, management) to service clients
JOB FUNCTION
Operational Ad Delivery - 50%
?? Place, target, schedule and launch advertising campaigns on multi-device platforms and meeting technical specifications; modify and test/QA creative as necessary
?? Prepare, traffic and test E-newsletters for ad deployment and ad accuracy
?? Manage, monitor and communicate advertising progress to internal or external clients, including but not limited to reporting as well as answering inquiries
?? Analyze campaign performance and make suggestions for optimization
?? Proactively investigate delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.
?? Partner and collaborate with Informa markets and Campaign Analyst to support monetization efforts
Campaign Management & Client Services -40 %
?? Contact for internal and external clients for ad campaigns
?? Collect digital ad materials, graphics, click URLs, code and other client assets which follow terms & conditions
?? Analyze campaign performance and make suggestions for optimization
?? Enhanced focus on quality assurance and quality control over web, app and newsletter advertising
?? Review, approve and ensure all ad orders adhere to creative, technical and legal specifications
?? Communicate and reinforce digital ad procedures and policies
Administration & Reporting/Other- 10%
?? Manage campaign pacing and status in delivery management software Breeze.
?? Partner and collaborate with brand groups to support their monetization efforts
?? Ability to provide troubleshooting support to analysts, traffickers and marketing partners
?? Attend meetings with vertical brand group stakeholders (sales calls, planning calls, reporting)
?? Escalating ad campaign and brand-level issues to Advertising Solutions Group management.
?? Performs other duties as needed
