About the role

Porsche Centre Leicester is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.

As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will achieve this by being at the core of all the retail enquiries, and lead by example in coaching / developing the sales team through 1-2-1 reviews and call / video monitoring. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all treating customers fairly. As a customer centric business you will need to have a passion in wanting to exceed in our manufacturer renewal objectives, and work with the sales team in extracting stock and/or retail opportunities from our Xchange Sales into Service programme.

Sytner Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends and bank holidays to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

If you are high achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your colleagues to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential whilst driving the finance and add-on performance forward.

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
