Seasonal Recruitment Administrator
Temporary contract until 31st October 2022, 32 hours worked over 4 or 5 days per week.

The Role
This is a key role working as part of our professional People team, providing key administrative support to the department during our peak seasonal recruitment period.
As a Seasonal Recruitment Administrator, you will:
* Provide support to the seasonal recruitment process, to include scheduling interviews, updating trackers, liaising with applicants and hiring managers
* Input and maintain accurate employee information in the HR system (SDWorx) in line with GDPR
* Create standard letters and new starter paperwork
* Print and collate interview paperwork / packs for hiring managers
* Provide general administrative support to the People team, including filing and responding to general queries

The Package
* Temporary contract until 31st October 2022
* 32 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days per week
* 33 days annual leave (based on 5 days per week)
* Salary of GBP15,804.77 (based on 32 hours per week, Full Time Equivalent of GBP19,755.96)

Our Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally gained within an HR / recruitment environment
* Excellent attention to detail, particularly when dealing with a high volume of work
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
* Conversant in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Excel and Word
