Our technology, our culture, and our mind-set is changing to craft a true engineering-led organisation.
Batch processing (or Scheduling) is the way to automate jobs that are crucial to the successful operation of the business. This can be anything that the business may require, from restarting software applications (or servers), to initiating money transfers and customer account updates throughout the day. We predominantly support two software applications; TWS (IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler) and CA7. These are globally recognised products and lead the way in their field, enabling tens of thousands of scheduled transactions to occur each and every day. These software applications are designed to track all batch scripts, monitoring successful completion and alerting on failure.
