We are currently recruiting on behalf of the NHS Foundation Trust, based in Gloucester City Centre who have a new requirement for a Part Time Switchboard Operator to join the team on a part time basis. This will be on an ongoing temporary basis, with the chance to become permanent for the right candidate!

To be considered, you must hold strong telephony capabilities including dealing with high volume calls. You may have to deal with some sensitive information at times. You must have excellent communication skills, be IT literate and have the ability to keep calm under pressure.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact, operating the switchboard and recording information onto the system accurately as well as general reception and administration duties.

You must be immediately available to be considered and you will need to be completely flexible with hours as days may vary week by week.

Please note you will be required to work over the Christmas Period, including bank holidays!

Hourly rate; GBP9.50 per hour

Hours; You will be working 22.5 hours per week on a shift basis. They operate on a 5-week rolling rota basis and you will be covering shifts between the hours of 7am - 10pm. They operate 7 days a week.
