You will be joining our busy Venues team, where you will be responsible for booking and coordinating venues for the field, as well as researching new venues!

Main Responsibilities:
• Securing new venue bookings
• Researching the best venues
• Review previous venue bookings and suggest rebook options
• Build rapport with venues contacts to support bookings
• Updating internal systems with changes

Skills and Experience Required:
• A good phone manner
• Previous experience in negotiating
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deal with difficult situations in a professional manner
