Part Time - Flexible on Days & Hours

My client has is a SME and growing company based in the Glenrothes area, they have an excellent opportunity for an hr Administrator to join them on a temporary basis estimated for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinate recruitment including seeking internal approval, working with external partners, application management, arranging interviews and the deliver feedback through to point of offer.
Raise new starter paperwork, compliance checks and facilitate onboarding.
Arrange new employee induction.
Maintain training record tracker.
Update holiday and sickness trackers.
Manage HR team email inbox.
Update employee personnel files both manual and electronically
Produce HR reports.
Point of contact for Managers.
Minute taking at HR meetings.To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Previous experience of working in a HR support role
Hands-on and operational with excellent administration skills.
Confident IT skills which would include MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Confident communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with various levels
