A successful software organisation based near Bath are seeking a part-time Product Manager. This role is responsible for the management of various products throughout their full life-cycle. This includes the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities, as well as the product design and specification work. You will engage with customers, prospective customers and other key stakeholders to identify market trends and product solutions to satisfy these demands.

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or a similar role in an agile delivery team ideally within a B2B organisation.
• Highly competent in solving real-world online business problems
• Wide-ranging competency and experience in several areas of eCommerce, digital marketing, design/UX, information management, system design, etc.
• Proven ability to commercially manage an online/eCommerce roadmap that has delivered significant commercial returns.

Some duties include:

• Lead the meetings: backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospective and participate in the daily stand-ups.
• Work closely with the product owner, our senior developers, designers to discuss and define solutions so that they are articulated, achievable, and valuable.
