This is a pivotal time to be joining this international industry leader following a recent merger which now positions them at the forefront of their competitors. Lots of continued growth on the horizon and plenty of exciting times ahead! An interim need has arisen to recruit a Part time Payroll Coordinator to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave starting this side of Christmas ideally. Although a fixed term contract, with the expansion they are currently experiencing, there is a distinct possibility of longer term opportunities. **Hybrid working available**. The role covers:

  • Responsibility for working with external payroll bureau to ensure payment of weekly and monthly and payrolls
  • Monitor correct payment of commission payments
  • Manage payroll admin for employees on maternity/paternity/parental leave
  • Maintenance of Deferred Company Pension Plans and Group Pension Plan leavers and joiners procedures
  • Administration of Employee Preferential Share Purchase scheme.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for Group and individual share purchase statements for employees
  • Expat Payroll processing - calculating payments and requisition BACS in a timely manner
  • Manage Private Healthcare scheme for UK and overseas.

Skills/experience required:

  • Previous experience of providing payroll service/administering a weekly and monthly payroll
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly Organised
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Totally trustworthy and can be relied upon to respect the confidentiality of the information available
  • Always able to meet required deadlines accurately
