Part Time Administrator required in north Birmingham. Good Admin and MS Excel skills required.
Monday to Friday 9.30 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.

Global paper recycling and packaging manufacturer, with around 47,000 employees and over 370 production sites across 34 countries. The Company has a long standing focus on high and very consistent product quality and excellent service. This role is based at their paper mill in Nechells.
Administrator Candidate requirements
evidence of GCSE's A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English,
other associated qualifications
Excel experience
relevant engineering department admin experience
strong MS office skills
Overview
Administrator Team member within the Engineering Planning department, responsible for the administration and smooth running of the office, providing an efficient and effective environment.
To deliver a quality administrative support service to meet company and department requirements.
Duties
Using SAP Planned Maintenance, SAP Materials Management and other software packages as required (SAP training provided).
Creation and management of Purchase Requisitions including goods receipting and invoicing queries
Creation and distribution of Maintenance Reports
Assisting in the creation and management of stock items and BOMs.
Assisting with the production of shut down information and its distribution
Assisting in the setting up of new suppliers
Assisting in the management of open work orders
Filing of documents and certification
Any other administration assistance required by the Team when asked to perform a reasonable request.
Involved in continuous improvement projects
