Briggs Hillier are a global, design agency who create powerful in-store experiences for some of the world's leading brands and retailers. We are expanding our team and looking for a part time Accounts Administrator / Assistant to support our Finance Manager, primarily being involved with processing:
?? Supplier purchase orders and invoices
?? Supplier quotations and project final account
?? Client sales orders
?? Expenses and credit cards
?? General accounts support and administration
?? General office support
The candidate will require a meticulous attention for detail, good organisational skills and be a flexible team player.
16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 10:00 - 14:00 (although open to discussion)
Minimum 1 year experience in either an accounts or administrative role is essential.
Experience with Sage50 is preferred, but not essential.
Salary depending on experience
