Are you looking for a part time role and have experience as a strong Administrator? This could be the role for you!

My client is currently looking for an enthusiastic Part Time Accounts Administrator to join their small and friendly company. The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner, be computer literate and have a positive 'can do' attitude. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, paying GBP9.50 per hour and working 25 hours a week.

Monday to Friday ideally 9am - 2pm (can be flexible)
GBP9.50 per hour


Accounts Admin key duties include:-
  • Office Admin support - such as filing sales orders and other related paperwork.
  • Email daily sales invoices from Sage (training will be given)
  • Email monthly customer statements from Sage
  • Credit Control - chasing overdue invoices by phone and email, following up and resolving invoice queries
  • Check import documentation against FedEx/other courier invoices received re VAT and clearance charges (training will be given).
  • General administrative duties
Requirements:-
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Administrative background
  • Attention to detail and record keeping.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Persistence - chasing overdue accounts
  • Computer literate - basic understanding of Microsoft Windows applications and the ability to learn in-house systems
