Our client has a vacancy for an experienced and motivated Credit Control Administrator to join their Accounts Team. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
* Chasing and collecting outstanding debt by telephone and email
* Liaising with managers with regard to queries from clients on unpaid bills
* Sending our reminder letters
* General administration support including ordering stationery, catering supplies and dealing with general day to day office facilities administration.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a credit controller - ideally collecting from private individuals and business and have:
* Good numeracy skills
* Have a confident telephone manner, maintaining high levels of professionalism but authoritative to achieve results
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be able to use initiative and be pro-active and diplomatic
* Have a positive, can-do attitude.
