Job Title: X5 Part Time Customer Service Agents
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: GBP9.50 plus potential commission
Hours- Monday- Friday 8am-12pm or 4pm- 8pm & Saturday 8am-1pm.

Duties:
Answering both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
Helping the customers solve any problems by providing suitable solutions in order for the call to be successful
Collecting payments over the phone
Updating the database with accurate call notes
Our client will consider anyone with previous customer service experience, particularly if you are from a contact centre, retail and hospitality background! This is a great opportunity for an individual to start within a company where you can progress and develop your skills through the business.
