You will be responsible for the Sky Retail property estate, strategy and management of working with our internal leadership teams, landlords and agencies. Our Estate consisting of 150 formats of stores and is one of, the largest portfolios in the UK, consisting of traditional Shops and Customer hubs (mid mall kiosks).

What you'll do:
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and optimise our Retail location strategy, managing exec sponsors and executing that strategy.
  • Be responsible for all lease negotiations for shop, pod & customer hub portfolios and associated programs through to final sign off.
  • Manage the relationship with our landlords. centre management, external solicitors, bailiffs, designers, local authorities, contractors, and external service providers
  • Responsible for providing the field with appropriate support (i.e. complaints, issues raised by centres and/or landlords and enforcing lease terms)
  • Be responsible for our business rates strategy
  • Assist in program management when needed, developing and implementing any projects that improves Retail
  • Responsible for the documentation, reporting and good housekeeping of all commercial agreements to aid good estate management as well as ensuring all payments including funding requests, completion funds, fees and any other payments are recorded and transmitted working with our internal teams and external partners.
What you'll bring:
  • Have proven experience in Mall Commercialisation and/or property management
  • Preferably hold a relevant degree (Diploma in Surveying Practise and Masters in Estate Management preferred).
  • Have experience of programme / project management
  • Have strong connections within Shopping Mall/Property agent management
  • Be commercially astute - comfortable pushing important pieces of work
  • Have experience of delivering effectively through third party suppliers / vendors
  • Be highly organised and to manage multiple programmes & stakeholders.
  • Have a valid UK driving licence

Where you'll work:Any of the below locations as the role is mainly home based, but with regular travel to our 150 stores across the UK.

Osterley (London):Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

Leeds:Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station, with free water taxis available from Granary Wharf. There's also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

Livingston Watermark House:Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre. Plus there's onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.

You'll be well fed at our subsidised canteen, and you can keep in shape at our onsite gym. Or play a game of pool or table tennis.

Brentwood:Our location takes some beating: we're practically in Brentwood station, which has regular trains to London Liverpool Street. If you find it easier to drive, there's some onsite parking, while Chatham Way car park is a short walk away.
