Are you looking for a part time Administrator role?

A market leading contractor is looking for a new part time Administrator to work within their H&S team, you will be helping with all admin needs and some H&S documents.

To be successful for this role you need to have previous experience working as an administrator in the construction industry.

This is a contract role paying GBP12 to GBP17 per hour, and is based in Heathrow.

Construction and Admin experience is necessary, please do not apply if you do not have both.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating the company's accreditations
Liaise with the document controllers to ensure that all projects are closed out in line with client specification
Helping the H&S team
Assist projects with the pre/post documentation
Run reports where required
Assisting with updating systems
Filling documentation to follow process
To assist with day-to-day Ad-hoc administration
To print and file drawings
To build strong client relationships and present a positive and professional image of Maylim

The ideal candidate will have:

Construction and admin experience
Excellent communication skills
Have key attention to detail
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
Understanding of highway maintenanceThis contractor is looking for an admin who wants to progress in their role and is motivated by their career.
