We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our busy Gridserve Norwich store on a 39 hours per week contract.

 

Job Description

What you’ll do:
As Team Leader you’ll be responsible for driving sales, inspiring the teams and making sure every customer has a brilliant experience. You’ll need to get your store running like clockwork by inspiring your people. That means well-stocked shelves, friendly staff on-hand and a clean, tidy store. You’ll be a role model for the team, showing junior staff how it’s done. You’ll also be there to stand in for the Store Manager and get plans into action. If you’ve got talent and determination, your journey’s just beginning.

Who we’re looking for
For this kind of role, you need some previous retail or hospitality experience and to understand how to manage and motivate a team. Ideally, you’ve worked in a business that’s just as fast-moving as ours. With this background, you’ll thrive in fast-paced environments and will know how to give great customer service, even under pressure. Your enthusiasm will be inspirational for your team and clear to all our customers. You’ll take pride in sharing your knowledge and seeing staff excel. Ready to step up when the Store Manager’s not around, you’ll be determined, good with people and driven to meet targets.
