Working hours to be agreed / flexible between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, a minimum of 5 hours per day (plus lunch hour).
We also have a similar vacancy for full-time days, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be a "people person", able to control teams of workers with concise communication skills, a nurturing and patient nature, and the desire to be a success through attention to detail and good time-management. You will be liaising with local companies at Manager-level, promoting our Temporary Worker hire services and Permanent Employee Introduction services, and then being key in the fulfilment of the roles they offer.
You'll be securing hirer/employer's commitment to use your services, and then fulfilling their staffing needs by marketing vacancies, shortlisting applicants and then selecting the most appropriate to fulfil the vacancies. You will then manage the supply of the selected person(s) as temporary workers or arrange interviews for permanent positions.
We will help you develop strategies and campaigns for client capture and candidate attraction, through a blend of direct marketing, social media and of course direct advertising.
We will be giving priority interviews to applicants with previous experience in either the recruitment industry, lettings industry and/or advertising sales - however we very much welcome all applicants who have some form of Business to Business sales and/or supply experience.
Your starting salary will reflect your stage of development as assessed with you at interview, and is based on full-time hours: GBP20,000 to GBP28,000 p.a. pro-rata.
