About Next Technology

Technology drives what we do - plain and simple! It’s helped us become one of the UK’s most profitable retailers so we can invest in the latest technology and the greatest people.

With a large talented team of over 1,000 people designing, developing and supporting all of our business applications and infrastructure in house, we are unusual for the retail sector. Retail is fast-moving with fashions changing every season. Applying the same rule to our technology is fundamental to staying ahead of the competition, so we need the very best people to do just that.

From developing in .NET to using emerging technologies, embracing change with the cloud and adapting through agile ways of working, we’re focused on delivery and driving the business forward. We’re currently investing in expanding our credit system, Next Pay and making sure our cyber security function is world class. We’re also moving our data to the Cloud. At the same time, we’re constantly improving logistics and warehouse processes as well as our use of big data and always evolving our website. Whatever your area of interest, you can bring your ideas to life at Next!
