We are currently supporting an award-winning organisation in Huddersfield who are looking for a HR professional to join their HR team on a part-time, permanent basis.
Our client can shape this role around the HR professional who is interested. It can be a HR Assistant looking for progression into an Advisory role (salary up to GBP30,000) or a HR Advisor looking to progress into a Senior HR Advisor role (salary up to GBP40,000).
This is a part-time opportunity so you will work 4 days per week. Salary is anywhere between GBP28,000 - GBP40,000 FTE dependant on experience.
The purpose of the role is to support and assistant the HR team in the provision of an efficient and effective HR service in a generalist capacity. You will work closely with the rest of the HR team, line managers, directors and employees across the UK.
THE ROLE:
Employee Relations - dealing with all HR queries including disciplinaries and grievances. You will advise the business on appropriate solutions to deal with a range of HR issues.
Recruitment - you will support with recruitment end-to-end.
Generalist HR Activity - support with the full employee HR lifecycle.
Pay/Reward - regularly review benefits for the organisation and identify opportunities to introduce new benefits for employees.
Projects - support with ad hoc projects.
Employee Engagement - contribute to initiatives and data collection.
Our client is looking for someone who has strong HR Generalist experience. You will be CIPD qualified and have strong knowledge on employment law.
You will be able to multi-task, manage your own workload and meet deadlines effectively
