A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced part time Administrator to join a growing organisation in in Chippenham. You will play a key support role to the team, where you will be providing professional, responsive central point of reference to health and social care professionals.

Duties:

First point of contact for health and social care professionals
Participate in quality monitoring and audit of the service
Take detailed messages from other teams
Update and maintain the in-house systems
Monito stationery levels
Attend training sessions
Ensure all documentation is accuratePerson Specification:

Previous administration/customer service experience is essential
Professional and personable telephone manner
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Flexible approachThe successful candidate must be able to participate in a 7-day a week rota (including weekends/bank holidays - with an enhanced rate of pay), however this role is for 25 hours per week and you will receive your rota in advance.

Due to the clients location having your own transport would be beneficial.
