About the team
You will form part of the Marketing and Resourcing team, the resourcing team have a broad remit and the current head count stands at 2 people, this vacancy and a Recruitment Analyst. We are proactive in sourcing, one of our main channels we use to hire from are our talent pools. In order to make this an effective and reliable way to hire, we are constantly talking to active and passive job seekers. This allows us to nurture and grow our talent pools using our CRM system (Hubspot).

LACE Partners offers an environment where everybody takes pride in their work, deadlines are short, requirements are stretching and teams are ambitious.
This is a flexible role, we are looking for 3 or 4 days a week, normal hours are 9am-5pm but there is flexibility around these hours, we are open to the conversation. A large proportion of your role will be working from home.

Your experience
Your background experience/studies will include business administration or similar.

Skills and experience:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter, staffing agency recruiter, RPO, MSP or Executive Search)
• Competent user of an ATS/CRM.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) .
• The ability to interact face to face and virtually with a range of people/customers. Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing etc).
• The understanding of how to handle, resolve and escalate enquiries and pass on information quickly and effectively.

You will be responsible for:
• Keeping the internal system up to date with candidate information (this is also a wider shared responsibility).
• Keeping direct team members informed around progress on vacancies.
• Maintaining engaged talent pools.
• Data entry into the relevant systems and ensuring quality data is maintained, the Recruitment Analyst will assist here also.
• Supporting interview scheduling, providing documentation to hiring managers and all other administrative task required to deliver a full cycle resourcing service.

Part-time hours: 24 - 30 per week

Pro rata 30 days annual leave
