Your new company
* An established and developing Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.
Your new role
* Working 2 days a week, 16 hour week, in a commercial office building.
* Front of house, meeting and greeting any external visitors or internal staff upon arrival. Booking meeting rooms, taking incoming calls, and dealing with requests.
* Building checks and walk-arounds, ensuring the building is presentable and making sure meeting rooms are prepared.
* Customer and client facing environment - will be required to engage with the client.
What you'll need to succeed
* The ideal candidate will have experience working within a receptionist,
* front of house or facility's assistant role.
* Experience and understanding of building services / FM is ideal
