Finch & Associates is a fast growing Accountancy and Tax Practice based in Clevedon, but with countrywide clients. As a firm we deal with both UK and International taxes for individuals and businesses, with a particular specialism in the UK and US taxes.

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and client focused individual to join our UK Personal Tax compliance team.

The successful candidate should be qualified or part-qualified ATT or CTA, with a minimum of 2 years of UK personal tax compliance experience, and experience of managing client relationships.

Full CPD & Training courses will be available to maintain competencies and develop skill sets to suit work role

The role is based in our Clevedon office, but the ability to work from home for part of the week is available. We will consider Part-time hours for the right candidate.

The Package:

* Annual Bonus of up to 15% - depending upon firms performance against Target
