What you'll do:

 

* Work with our product teams to define and agree project scope and deliverables
* Define the project and programme structure and governance framework and ways of working to ensure the programmes and projects are successfully delivered
* Work closely with our technology teams to ensure the technical delivery plans are aligned with broader business change plans
* Collaborate with your peers in other parts of the organisation to ensure that plans spanning multiple parts of the organisation are well co-ordinated
* Collaborate with our business stakeholders to ensure that new platform capabilities are successfully released into production without disruption and are widely adopted.
* Work with our finance teams to ensure that project and programme costs are budgeted, managed and reported appropriately.
* Lead the data transformation - working closely with our product, technology and commercial teams to transform how we utilise data for reporting, analysis and within our customer journeys
* Develop exec level recommendations and proposals and influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries
* You lead key pieces of work that will influence our product plans and the associated operating model informed by understanding market trends, business value and customer outcomes

 


What you'll bring:

 

* Significant experience of running complex business change and transformation deliveries in fast paced technology driven businesses
* Proven track record in leading and developing teams of project and programme management, working with stakeholders across multiple markets
* You'll be able to demonstrate having built relationships with stakeholders from a diverse range of disciplines, cultures and geographies
* Demonstrable experience of having built effective and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
* Confident communication skills and the ability to summarise complex scenario's with clear recommendations
* Highly collaborative style and able to thrive in a team with experience of operating in a matrix structure, in fast paced organisations.

Where you'll work:

 

Osterley:

 

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

 

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
